  • 2 piece Fresh Water Fish Fillet
  • 0.25 cup Black Trumpet Mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup Haricots Verts (Thin French Green Beans)
  • 1 tsp. Hazelnut, toasted
  • 1 tsp. Borage Flower
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Oil

Preheat the oven to 160-180°C / 320-350°F.

Lightly season the fish fillet with a pinch of salt and oil. Bake at for 160-180°C / 320-350°F for 3~5 minutes and let the heat slowly diffuse to the center.

It slowly cooks to perfection.

In a heated pan, add oil, garlic(skin-on), butter, black trumpet mushrooms, haricots verts, and stir to sauté until cooked and fragrant.

Carefully take off the skin of the fish fillet.
