Ingredients:
  • 1.2 lb. Chicken wings
  • Marinade
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Five-spice powder
  • 1 tsp. Granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. Rice wine
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. White sesame seeds
Directions:

In a large bowl, marinate the chicken wings with the spices. Combine them evenly. Let’s put the wings to the side and marinate for an hour.

Roast the chicken wings in the oven at 350°F/180°C for 20-25 minutes. When done, sprinkle them with cumin and white sesame seeds.
