ABOUT TasteLife

  1. What is TasteLife?
    TasteLife is a subscription offering from Taste Show Inc. It is a digital, cross-platform cooking service that helps users discover the world’s best recipes, save and organize their cooking life and serve as an approachable guide in the kitchen.
  2. How do I get access to TasteLife?
    In order to access TasteLife, we require users to create an account. Registered users will have access to a limited portion of TasteLife’s content and tools, while full access will require a subscription to TasteLife.
  3. What can I access without a subscription?
    There will be a selection of editor-curated recipes, collections and guides available for free. This content will be updated on a regular basis to reflect seasonally relevant recipes, along with some of our newest content and recommendations from our editors. You will also be able to save recipes and collections to your SAVED LIST, as well as write and view public notes on free recipes.

Subscription Information

  1. What do I get as a TasteLife subscriber? What do I have to pay for?
    As a subscriber with TasteLife access, you will have unlimited access to all the content and tools TasteLife has to offer. You will be able to browse the entire TasteLife recipe database, including all of our premium recipes, how-to guides and editor-curated collections. You will also unlock all the organization and customization tools in your account Dashboard. This includes the ability to take advantage of managing your saved recipes. You will also be able to write comments on individual recipes to keep track of the ways you make each recipe your own.
  2. What are my subscription options? How often am I billed?
    You have the choice between billing monthly or billing annually.
  3. What is the cost of a TasteLife subscription?
    A TasteLife subscription can be purchased at a rate of $5.99, billed every month. You can also choose to purchase a subscription bill annually, at a rate of $49 per year.

  5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by log in to your account dashboard, click “Account Info” on the menu, and cancel your subscription.
    When you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is four weeks, so your access will continue for the remainder of the current four-week period.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Cancellation and Refunds of Digital Subscriptions
    When you cancel a subscription, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

    Except in the case of certain promotions, you can change or cancel your digital subscription at any time by logging in to your account dashboard, click “Account Info” on the menu, and cancel your subscription.

    Digital products sold as part of a promotion, subject to an annual commitment, may have different cancellation or refund policies that will be made clear at the time of purchase.

    Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period.

    We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

    Changes to Content or Access

    We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.

    Cancellations by Us

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or product for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

  2. Cancellation During Promotional Periods
    Certain promotions may not permit cancellation during the promotional period. You agree to the cancellation and refund terms stated at the time of purchase.
  3. Changing your Subscription
    When you change your subscription, you will receive a pro-rated credit toward your new subscription.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds of One-Time Purchases
    One-time purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.
