  • 4 Oz. Dark chocolate (vegan), chopped
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut cream
  • 1/4 Cup Agave syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate over low heat. Once melted, remove it from the heat.

In the bowl of a food processor, add the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut cream, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend the mixture until it is smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed, about 4 minutes in total.
