Chef Zach comes from a world traveling family, that raised him half in Wisconsin and half in Thailand. After finishing middle school, his family returned to Wisconsin. At the age of 16, Chef Zach gained a passion in the kitchen. He has hands-on experience working in Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Los Angeles, and New York City. Chef Zach is skilled in French Cuisine, Thai Cuisine, and Southeast Asian Cuisine.
